This research aims to design a teaching strategy mediated by digital resources in order to improve the english vocabulary level in the ninth grade students of Colombia school, It starts with a diagnosis that allow highlight the difficulties that affect the communicative competence development and the english vocabulary level, likewise The advantages and use that some websites offer in the vocabulary acquisition is analyzed, the design and implementation of digital resource is suggested , resources that are shared on a website where the students can practice their new vocabulary in a fun and dynamic way just by following a link that connects the proposed exercise ,taking into account the context of vocabulary object of study  so that the  required grammar rules of English  are  subconsciously acquired.  It ends with a final test to assess the teaching strategy mediated by digital resources developed for this purpose.
