In order to apply this project,two lesson model were developed,the first one based on the use of fruits, vegetables and flavors which was taught through the use of comparative adjectives.
The second one was developed in order to talk about actions and events ,to  practice irregular verbs and the passive voice.

 

 

 

 

 

Fruits, vegetables and flavors

The first lesson was developed in four weeks of three hours each one, in the first meeting an android application was developed, students had to down load the program in order to watch the activity which was called fruits.

 In the second meeting students knew and explored the website developed in order to share this project and support the two lessons developed, they enjoyed by playing and learning about fruits, vegetables and flavors in the learning app created.

 In the Third meeting,  students created a mental map in order to improve their vocabulary level regarding to the spelling and name of fruits, vegetables and flavors.

In this section the comparative and superlative concept was introduced, Students used the repository in order to improve the use and usage of the concept taught.It is important to mention that all the activities were introduced by using the vocabulary about  fruits, vegetables and flavors  as a key words.

This section was very productive the students used the web site in order to talk about healthy food and also they faced a game that helped them to realize how much they have improved.

                                                      Septiembre 16-17 /2015

Section developed in order to compare fruits,vegetables, flavours and textures, the activity started with a game in which students have to relate fruits and names, after that, students faced an activity that allow them to talk about fruits  and some foods relating them with their flavour and texture.The activity was developed in pairs.

                                                     Septiembre 23-2015

In this section students created a pictionary by using all the new words they have learned in this first unit, then they watch a video based on the healthiest food, after that they develop an activity where they had to answer some question by using what they had learned about the video, this activity was special because the game developed for this activity allow them to feel like in a competition, they feel really excite with this kind of activities.

Actions and events

The second unit developed for this project was related to the irregular verbs use and the passive voice, this unit was developed for two weeks of three hours, for a total of six hours, it started with a set of games developed in order to make a review of irregular verbs and its past participle form, which was developed in a dynamic way, where the students worked based on  exercises  related to writing, reading  and listening ,  so that the irregular verbs could be easily recognized.The introduction of the passive voice was done, also the students developed an activity to practice it.

Septiembre 25-2015

This section started by asking the students to make a circle in order to give more expectation regarding to the game "who wants to be a millionaire", It was a great activity that allowed the students not only to practice the passive voice ,but also to develop the speaking skill, They enjoyed the activity from the beginning to the end.

This was the last section developed in this project, in this meeting students developed a reading activity where they had to use the passive voice an irregular verbs, it was a nice activity, where students feel confident working in the english class. The posttest was applied with excellent results.
finally I could say that It was a marvelous opportunity to teach and learn with my students.
